Andalucia is a beautiful area of Spain, steeped in history yet vibrant with modern life. I had visited this area I like so much several times before the holiday with Antonia and I therefore knew what to expect, or so I thought. Spending a week meeting local people, eating in little tavernas, visiting small out of the way villages and speaking Spanish is so different and special compared to any package holiday. We learnt to cook some traditional Spanish meals in the charming old farmhouse that we rented and in free time we had the pool in which to relax.
